- In document viewer, we inform by displaying a message if
- A user is looking at an older version of the document
- A user is looking at an archived document
- There is a future dated version of the document
- For favorited documents, if there is a newer version of document is available
- Alert symbol on favorite icon
- A pop up to inform and to update the favorite to the recent version
